Got to swim with the dolphins while I was in Playa del Carmen! I realize I’m a huge hypocrite for saying this, but while it was fun and adorable, it did make me totally depressed. I feel guilty for contributing to the business of keeping these beautiful, wild creatures in captivity for human entertainment. They seemed sad and bored the whole time, doing their tricks…

I wish I could be in two places at once this weekend! I am sad to miss my friend Laura’s shower/bachelorette party in Miami (especially since I’m not yet sure I can make her wedding), but I am excited and honored to serve as Amanda’s bridesmaid in Playa del Carmen, Mexico.
I will just wave across the Gulf at Laura, while we lounge at our respective beaches, and sip our respective cocktails 🙂
Last Weekend in NC
Well, it’s just about here. Chuck and I move to Georgia early on Thursday morning. We spent our last weekend in North Carolina doing dinner and a show at River Landing, meeting up with friends, and of course, walking on our gorgeous little beach! I sure will miss this little gem in our landlocked town in GA…
