Why do I need 393874572928 million forms to get Annie into Japan? Can’t they just consolidate this redundant information into 1 or 2? And who is supposed to fill them out? Me, or the vet? And how can I enter “local” contact information and addresses if I’m not there yet and thus have no home or phone number? I’m about to lose it.
