You don’t need certainty yet…

… just curiosity and willingness to follow what feels alive.

So says my Spring Equinox tarot card reading – especially my jumper card, the Page of Wands.

My Equinox oracle card – the reversed Possum and the Peony, representing bashfulness – tells me that, while I’ve recently been shaken (perhaps by turmoil or a disorienting change), I am now ready to stand on my own two feet. My period of retreat and solitude, though healthful for a time, should probably wrap up while I work to ensure that my anxiety doesn’t control me.

I love front porches…

  • Summer: Sit on the grass with lemonade.
  • Autumn: Sit on the porch with apple cider.
  • Winter: Sit by the fireplace with hot chocolate.
  • Spring: Sit on the porch with sweet tea.

Today was gorgeous and warm, so of course I donned a bikini top and went for a walk on the beach. I found this perfect little nook up on a dune and just soaked in the sun and the serenity.

I think the barefoot walk in the uneven, sandy turf did a number on my ankles though. They are so sore! My ligaments feel strained. Maybe I should avoid high heels this week…

So worth it!

Happy Easter!! Celebrating the Resurrection with a dear friend. Now if only it was warmer… And I had some Cadbury eggs! 🙂
